ANEURYSM of the INFERIOR VENA CAVA with RIGHT HEPATIC VEIN ANASTOMOSIS, Dr LÊ THANH LIÊM.

A 39 yo female patient without any symptom went to Medic Medical Center of  HCMC for a general checkup. Ultrasound disclosed an venous aneurysm in the right lobe of  liver in communication with the inferior vena cava and  the right hepatic vein.

Later, MSCT Angio confirmed the IVC aneurysm with an anastomosis of the IVC aneurysm and the dilated right hepatic vein.

Should we pay attention in characterization a cyst into the liver, with Doppler it might be an aneurysm rather than a simple cyst.
